Our Dagestani-style sports camps are an intensive, discipline-focused, multi-sports training environment inspired by the training culture of athletes from Dagestan, a region known for producing world-class wrestlers and fighters.

Our Dagestani-Style Camps can be perfect training opportunity in a safe and natural atmosphere for any Wrestlers, MMA Fighters, BJJ Athletes or any youth organizations. 


Brief definition:
It is a high-discipline, outdoor-based training camp that combines wrestling, endurance conditioning, mental toughness, and simple living to develop strong, resilient, and focused athletes. Our activities include wrestling, MMA/Boxing, traditional archery, horseback riding, endurance run, hiking in a natural setting on over 30 acres private farm with a training facility.

Who can attend: 

14 + years old

Intensive Camp: Anyone with some competitive sports experience such as wrestling, BJJ, MMA, kickboxing, grabbling, football, soccer

Youth Sports Camp: Anyone with good physical ability and willing to be challenged


Intensity of activities level: 

 Moderate to vigorous activities

A grappling-based combat sport focused on controlling an opponent using takedowns, pressure, positioning, and balance. Athletes develop strength, endurance, and mental toughness through constant physical engagement. 

Practices include:

  • Takedown drills (single-leg, double-leg, body lock finishes) 
  • Chain wrestling and continuous attack sequences 
  • Live situational sparring (starting from bad positions) 
  • Grip fighting and hand control battles 
  • Mat returns, top pressure, and ride control 
  • High-intensity conditioning circuits (partner carries, sprawls, wall work)

Traditional Archery

 A full-contact sport that combines striking (punches, kicks) and grappling (wrestling, submissions). Training includes technique, conditioning, and controlled sparring to build well-rounded fighters. 

Practices include:

  • Striking fundamentals (jab, cross, kicks, defensive movement) 
  • Clinch work (dirty boxing, control against the wall) 
  • Takedown entries into ground control 
  • Ground-and-pound positioning and escapes 
  • Controlled sparring rounds (technical + situational) 
  • Reaction drills and fight IQ development

Traditional Archery

 A precision sport where athletes use a bow to shoot arrows at a target. It emphasizes concentration, patience, breathing control, and discipline under pressure.

Practices include:

  • Proper stance, grip, and bow alignment 
  • Breathing control and shot timing 
  • Target shooting at varying distances 
  • Repetition drills for consistency and accuracy 
  • Focus training under fatigue (after workouts) 
  • Mental discipline and visualization technique

A discipline that teaches athletes how to ride and control a horse. It builds balance, coordination, confidence, and focus while developing a strong connection between rider and animal. 

Practices include: 

  • Mounting and basic riding posture 
  • Rein control and directional commands 
  • Walking and light trotting drills 
  • Balance training without relying on reins 
  • Confidence-building exercises with the horse 
  • Understanding rhythm, timing, and control

Cross Country Running/ Hiking

Long-distance running over natural terrain such as trails, hills, and uneven ground. It develops cardiovascular endurance, mental resilience, and overall conditioning.  

Practices include:

  • Long-distance steady runs 
  • Hill sprints and incline intervals 
  • Trail running on uneven terrain 
  • Group pacing and competitive runs 
  • Timed endurance challenges 
  • Breathing rhythm and energy management training
